“You are not what you take yourself to be. Find out what you are.
Watch the sense ‘I am’, find your real self.”
~Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
This is freedom. The process of becoming present is beautiful. It can also be difficult as we become more porous, allowing life to flow unhindered. Presence is constant unfolding in Now.
Gratitude and relaxation move together, supporting each other. They set the ground for spontaneous awe, acknowledging the beauty and magnificence that surrounds, envelopes and is everything.
Being clear is to know who you are. It is about becoming sensitive to the increasingly subtle aspects of life. Clarity requires being honest, which opens the door to investing energy in that which is most important.
